1. Agreement and eligibility
By using TidyStep Studio pages, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the service with the involvement of a responsible adult.
2. Educational information
Catalog descriptions and lessons are educational materials about gift presentation. They are offered for general learning and do not guarantee a particular creative result, commercial outcome, or level of skill.
3. Site features
Search, filtering, Fallows, and cart tools are provided for convenience. Fallows and cart data are stored locally in your browser. The cart is a planning feature and does not by itself confirm a purchase, enrollment, or payment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape content in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use our contact service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading communications.
5. Intellectual property
TidyStep Studio owns or licenses the text, curriculum descriptions, branding, layout, and other site content. You may view the materials for personal evaluation and learning. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create a competing commercial collection from them without written permission.
6. Communications
When you contact us, provide accurate information and do not include confidential data that we have not requested. A response to an inquiry does not create an advisory, employment, partnership, or enrollment relationship.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but pages may change, be interrupted, or contain technical limitations. The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, TidyStep Studio is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on general course information. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date.
