About TidyStep Studio

A considered approach to the art of giving

TidyStep Studio began with a simple observation: beautiful wrapping becomes much easier when creative choices are supported by clear technique.

Our story

Founded by presentation stylist Mara Ellis and workshop educator Jonah Reed, TidyStep Studio grew from small community sessions into a focused online learning space. The team noticed that learners wanted more than inspiration; they wanted dependable measurements, thoughtful material guidance, and projects that fit real occasions.

Today, our curriculum serves curious beginners, creative households, independent makers, and established teams preparing gifts with a consistent standard.

Our mission

To make gift wrapping feel clear, expressive, and accessible through careful instruction and respectful design.

The TidyStep principles

Clarity first

Every lesson breaks a visual result into actions that can be understood and repeated.

Beauty with purpose

Decoration should support the gift, the occasion, and the person receiving it.

Respect for materials

We encourage measured cuts, reusable elements, and choices that reduce unnecessary waste.
